Booking Fee
We require a £20 booking fee to secure all appointments. This is deductible from your bill or may be carried over to your next appointment.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION
Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or amendments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We will always confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance by text using the details you provided.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW FEES
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of £20 (your booking fee) will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
‘No shows’ will be charged 50% of the reserved service cost.
